Returns & Exchanges
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be a stocked product i.e. in our warehouse when ordered and not a special order item. The item must be in its original (unopened ) packaging. All clearance items are final sale and no refund is eligible. 
All refunds must be notified within seven days of collection or delivery. Any refund requests after this date will not be accepted.
Should the item be damaged in any way prior to returning you will not be able to proceed with the refund.
